We want you to love your Alice and Wonder finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure we can keep bringing you the freshest boutique styles.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack It Up
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
